Summerlin Villages

Summerlin, the most desirable place to live in all of Nevada. The master-planned community makes up the most western suburb of Las Vegas and at its completion will encompass 6 miles in length and 5 miles in width covering 22,500 acres. It currently makes up 13 villages plus 2 “Active Adult” communities and Red Rock Country Club totaling more than 200,000 homes.



Summerlin Centre

Downtown Summerlin, the heart of it all. A planned urban center with shops, restaurants, entertainment, office and multi-family residences. Anchored by the Red Rock Resort & Casino, residential homes and a retail strip mall.

The Pueblos

The northeastern peninsula of Summerlin at Vegas Drive & Rampart. Winding tree-lined streets with 2 churches, an elementary school and park was the 2nd village in construction after the inception of Summerlin.

The Hills

This is the oldest village in Summerlin. It broke ground in 1990 and borders Lake Mead Blvd and Sun City Summerlin to the north. It is home to the majority of Summerlin’s private schools a beautiful park with tennis, playground, and basketball court.

Sun City Summerlin

Active Adult living by Del Webb Corporation featuring a vast community center, golf course, community amenities, retail, and restaurants. This village is set to the furthest north point of Summerlin.

The Trails

This village houses the Summerlin Ballet, TPC Summerlin Golf Club, Library, Post Office, a business district, grocery, retail and restaurants. Also, a community center complete with baseball fields, pool, parks and trails. It’s the epicenter of Summerlin North.

The Canyons

The Canyons is built around TPC Las Vegas Golf Course and also boasts the JW Marriott Hotel and The Suncoast Hotel & Casino.    

The Crossings

The Crossings has the largest business district in all of Summerlin with corporate offices for companies such as Charles Schwab, Allegiant Airlines and Capital One. Also, the home of award winning Summerlin Hospital, Medical Center and Cancer Center.

The Arbors

This village features the Summerlin Tennis Center with 7 tennis courts and a stadium court. Also, the Arbors Park has a huge open grass area, playground and walking trails.

The Vistas

The first village to the west of the beltway 215 now makes up the main center of West Summerlin.  2 clock towers mark the community along with parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, and a football field.

The Paseos

Still developing and in a new growth spurt again with builders such as Woodside, KB, Lennar and Toll Brothers amassing new communities with home prices starting at $390,000.   Search new homes:

Red Rock Country Club

The old guard of country club living that broke ground in 1997 with California homebuilder, Sunrise Colony and later sold a parcel to Toll Brothers.  A 1,000 home community built around the country club and a renowned golf course designed by Arnold Palmer.   Resale homes starting at $600,000 for 2,200 square feet.

The Ridges

Nestled up into the La Madre Mountain lies The Ridges of Summerlin.  4 new communities by builders starting at 1.9m and private lots available for sale.   This community is dominated by custom homes that start at 2.5m resale value.  Its set around a the Bear’s Best golf club and course designed by Jack Nicklaus.  Another community to the south by Discovery Group with a concierge-style living is in new development.

The Ridgebrook

A small community built at the base of The Ridges whose amenities include a park pavilion, tennis courts, and a park perfect for dog walking.  Beautiful views of The Ridges golf course,  Bear’s Best.

The Willows

This community is set around a park and community center with a pavilion with tables and seating, bbq, playground and community center that holds many activities, lectures, art classes, exercise classes.

The Gardens

A small village set around a beautiful park setting with a lush garden area complete with fountains and serene seating.  Also, recreational activities such as basketball, horse shoes, tennis and a community center alive with events and classes.

The Mesas

Currently the newest village in development is The Mesa.  Set south of The Ridges and at the edge of the La Madre Mountain with scenic views of the mountain and The Strip.

The Cliffs

A new 450-acre village that stretches between Bishop Gorman High School and Wet 'n’ Wild.   It will be home to the first Active Adult community by Toll Brothers called The Regency.  More is to come.
